Any extensions needed during a session are charged pro rata.

    Individual Sessions

    Introductory session for new private clients (30 min; online only; not for couples or family): SGD $110

    Individual session (60 min; online): SGD $225

    Individual session (60 min; face to face): SGD $260

    Assessments & Evaluations

    (Note - all these services are delivered online unless therapist feels face to face is necessary). Read more on this page.

    1. Initial Screening session (approximately 1.5 hours): SGD $400

    2. ASD / SPED placement. Comprehensive Psychological Assessment for Autism / ASD (4-6 hours; Minimum 30 page report for use in SPED placement): SGD $3000

    3. Comprehensive Psychological Assessment for ADHD (4-6 Hours; Minimum 20 page report): SGD $2500

    4. Special Learning Disorder / SLD (4-6 hours; Minimum 20 page report): SGD $2500

    5. PTSD / CPTSD (2-3 hours; Minimum 6 page report): SGD $1200

    6. Enhanced package A (assessment for 2 conditions; 6-8 hours; Minimum 20 page report) : SGD $3000

    7. Enhanced package B (assessment for 3 conditions; 6-8 hours; Minimum 20 page report): SGD $3500

    8. IQ tests, Cognitive Impairment, MCI/Dementia or Personality Disorder assessments (case by case): SGD $800

    Payment Terms

    We request that payments be made in advance to ensure booking confirmation. We are not able to hold slots if clients are unable to make payments at the time of confirmation, and those slots are released if another client insists on that slot. We understand that payments can take a few hours to make and we are happy to accommodate you as long you let us know a payment timeframe which is within 24 hours from the time of initial booking. Do refer to the cancellation and reschedule policy below.

    Cancellation and rescheduling policy

    We understand that things come up suddenly necessitating a need to reschedule or cancel. Please do let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your confirmed appointment if you are unable to make it to a session (within working hours - 9 am to 7 pm; Mon-Sat). Emails or messages outside working hours will be addressed during the next round of working hours. If the request is made within this free cancellation range, we will reschedule to another time that works for you at no cost.

    If any cancellation or reschedule request is made less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment, we will not be able to refund the fees paid in advance. The only exceptions are:

    * Medical reason with substantiation

    * Compassionate reasons with substantiation

    * Last minute government related call ups (eg. reservist - please share any substantiation)

    In case of any of the 3 reasons mentioned above, 50% would still be deducted if it is a late cancellation. This is because we book the therapists time and therapy rooms as per client requests and when cancellations happen outside the stated hours, we are unable to offer these slots to clients on waitlist while still having to pay our service providers. This includes no-shows which will have atleast a 50% charge as per therapists discretion. We thank you for your support in this area.
