Balanced Life Psychotherapy & Counselling is one of Singapore's most established private psychotherapy and counselling practices. Founded in 2014, we have spent more than 11 years helping individuals, couples, families and organisations navigate life's most challenging moments — and build the inner resources to thrive.
We are based in Singapore and work with clients both in-person and online, supporting people across Singapore and internationally including Dubai, London, New York, Amsterdam, Zurich, Tokyo and Jakarta.

Geetika Malhotra — Lead Psychotherapist & Counsellor
Geetika Malhotra is the founder and lead therapist at Balanced Life. A qualified and registered integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, Geetika has been working with clients in Singapore and internationally for over 11 years.
She has lived and worked in Singapore, Switzerland, India and the UK, giving her a rare depth of cross-cultural understanding — particularly valuable for the expat community and for clients navigating intercultural relationships or identities.

Phoenix Park is a quiet, green, and fully private environment — a natural setting that complements the work of therapy. Free parking is available.
Second Clinic — CBD / Anson Road. Available for clients who prefer a city centre location. Please contact us for the exact address.
Online We offer secure video sessions for clients in Singapore and worldwide. All online sessions are conducted via encrypted platforms.
